Anyone can subscribe a regulated market tariff for electricity and gas from the Energía XXI website. The first step is to connect as a user, or create your user account, and go to the "Rates" section in the main menu, and then on "Regulated electricity or gas tariffs" In our recommender, choose the regulated tariff you need and that best fits your consumption, habits and needs: Electricity or Gas.
If you want to subscribe an electricity tariff
- You will find the PVPC option, a tariff that offers 2 time slots for the contracted power and 3 time slots for energy consumption. Click on "Contract".
- If you are already an Endesa customer, click on "I have an account", enter your credentials (username and password) and we can recover your information. This makes subscribing the tariff easier.
- If you are not yet an Endesa customer, register to get all the advantages. Complete the form with your data:
- ID card/Tax ID number or passport.
- Full name.
- Email.
- Mobile phone number.
- Select "I accept the Privacy Policy" and then on "Continue".
Supply point address
- In the section "Supply point address", you get asked Does your supply currently include electricity? and Are you the current contract holder?
- If you answer "Yes" to both, you will continue with the subscription process. If you answer "No" to Does your supply currently include electricity?, you are asked whether "The property has never had electricity supply" or "It has had electricity supply but it was cancelled". Select the right option for your current situation.
- Enter an address so we can locate the supply point: Town, postcode, street and number. (If you prefer you can enter the CUPS or attach a bill).
- If you don't remember how to get the CUPS, click on the "i" for information and we'll help you locate it on your bill.
- After filling in your personal data and supply address, we will show you a summary of the tariff to be subscribed, the personal data and the data of the supply point. Check the terms and conditions carefully and click on "Continue" to accept.
- You will have reached the last step, where you will have to enter the IBAN of your bank account and select "Finish".
- We will welcome you and confirm the application number.
- Remember that it is very important that you check your inbox, since we will send you an email as an acknowledgement of receipt of the contract you have made, which shows all the information of the product you have chosen.
- We will inform you of the status of your application at all times and the steps we follow to formalise your contract. For all the information, go to your Customer Area.
You will find the terms and conditions and prices of the tariffs always updated and adapted to the market's behaviour. With no surprises.

- We will show you 4 options for gas tariffs:
- TUR 1: Perfect if you do not have gas heating and will only use it for cooking and/or hot water. Designed for a home with low consumption.
- TUR 2: The most suitable option for a house with natural gas heating. Designed for intermediate consumption.
- TUR 3: Tariff for high gas consumption: heating of large houses and in locations where cold climates predominate.
- TUR for Neighbourhood Savings: Ideal for homeowner associations with a central gas boiler. Regulated tariff with very competitive prices.
- Select the best option for your needs and type of consumption and click on "Contract".
